Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather records information about a visit to our site. Sales and Use Tax Policy Statement

EEG SALES LLC recognizes that sales tax is a very important source of funding for most state and local governments. We have prepared this Sales Tax Policy to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your purchase is NOT exempt from tax merely because EEG Sales LLC has elected not to collect the tax from you at the time of your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire. or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report all purchases that are not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.

EEG SALES LLC COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus as nexus threholds are decided by individual states), including California. Due to fluid nexus requirements, sales in your state may or may not be subject to sales tax collection by EEG Sales LLC.

FOR OUR TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:

EEG SALES LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file, or you are shipping your order to a state that does not collect state or local sales or use tax.

Return / Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased from EEG Sales LLC is subject to a 20% restocking fee (25% for BrainMaster (see below) and Electro-Cap products). All return requests must be made within 30 days from time of purchase. In addition, systems with custom software installation services and 3rd party game installation will incur additional fees for License initialization, 3rd party royalties, and 3rd party installation fees. Software is generally non-refundable.

All sales of used merchandise are considered final, no returns, and no warranty expressed or implied other than existing manufacturer warranty if any.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges. No returns can be accepted without pre-authorization from EEG Sales LLC and an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) having been issued. All merchandise must be returned in unopened, unused, resalable condition.

PayPal Payments- PayPal does not refund payment processing fees, those fees will be deducted from PayPal payment refunds and/or returns.

BrainMaster products purchased from EEG Sales LLC are subject to the folloiwng BrainMaster return policies...

Unopened Products: All returns of any unopened equipment are returned minus a 25% restocking fee. In order to return these items, you must contact EEG Sales LLC for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number and return it to EEG Sales LLC offices within 15 days of the purchase.

Any product returned to EEG Sales LLC without an approved RGA Number may be returned back to the owner at their expense.

Opened/Used Equipment: All clinical or medical BrainMaster products and systems returned to EEG Sales LLC , which may have been used in any way, will be considered as USED EQUIPMENT by BrainMaster. The same process of receiving an RGA Number must be performed, and because the equipment is used, will have a higher restocking fee (up to 50%) based off of the initial investigation upon receipt of the equipment.

Non-Returnable Purchase: No refunds or returns on software, passkeys, items of hygienic nature (i.e. Electrodes, EarClips, Gel, paste, etc.), or Dry Technology Devices or accessories.

Right to Refuse Service

EEG Sales reserves the right to refuse services and/or product sales at it's own discretion.
